Treatment Plans

We are happy to provide you with a written treatment plan. Please realize that it is sometimes difficult to anticipate an individual pet’s needs. If the actual costs are greater than the estimate, we will notify you for authorization.


New Client Prepayment Policy

Currently, we are requiring all new clients to prepay their pet’s physical exam at the time they schedule. This is due to frequent new client no-shows. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, otherwise, this prepayment will be non-refundable.


Payment

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.
