Dove Creek Animal Hospital prides itself on using advanced technologies and investing in ongoing certified staff education to provide the best possible care for our patients. One way we’ve found we can do this is through Ultrasound Technology, a non-invasive imaging system used for revealing and diagnosing diseases and conditions in the chest and abdomen.

Our Veterinarians are trained to use the ultrasound technology on a daily basis, but we also employ the expertise of Dr. Michael Troy Verra, a specialist in ultrasound, endoscopy and other imaging procedures. Dr. Verra visits Glove Cities Veterinary Hospital on a weekly basis to perform these services and help us accurately diagnose diseases such as pancreatitis, heart and liver disease and bladder stones.

With our on-site ultrasound machine and team of knowledgeable staff, doctors and access to Board Certified Radiologists via telemedicine, we can learn quickly and understand more about what’s going on with your pet. The sooner we can diagnose the problem, the sooner your pet – and you – can start feeling better.
